We know your machine holds a lot of precious and critical information. What happens when one day you find yourself in a technological crisis, with a bright blue screen or a frozen system?
That’s where our 'know how' comes in. We will come to your location and diagnose the issue. If possible we will do a backup of your data onsite. We will then bring your affected equipment into our repair shop for further diagnostics. Once a determination has been made a technician will call you with a report as to whether you data can be retrieved or further forensics is needed, which in our experience is the case more than 99% of the time.
